Auction Rules

You must be 18 years old to bid on vehicle and have a Valid State issued Identification Card
$100 refundable deposit required to sign in and be assigned a bidder number.
If you are the winning bidder, Vehicle must be paid for at the end of auction. If not, vehicle will be awarded to second highest bidder.
Auctions are cash only and will be subject to tax.
Vehicle must be removed from our lot by 5:00pm same day.
All sales are as is.
